1. Purpose of the Service
Dracon VPN is designed to protect connections, encrypt traffic and reduce risks when using public and untrusted networks. It must be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited use
The following activity is prohibited:
- violating applicable laws, court orders or binding regulatory requirements;
- accessing, distributing or promoting unlawful content;
- attempting unauthorized access, scanning systems, exploiting vulnerabilities or bypassing authentication;
- malware distribution, phishing, credential theft, fraud, spam or deceptive communications;
- denial-of-service attacks, botnet control, cryptojacking or activity that materially disrupts networks;
- infringing copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights of third parties;
- harassment, threats, incitement to violence or exploitation of minors;
- reselling, sublicensing or publicly sharing Service access without written authorization;
- using the Service to bypass restrictions imposed by the laws of the Russian Federation;
- interfering with Dracon VPN infrastructure, limits, security controls or other users.
The User remains responsible for all activity performed through their account and devices.
3. Consequences of violations
Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, the Provider may warn the User, limit traffic, suspend access, terminate the subscription without compensation where permitted by law, preserve relevant technical records, or cooperate with authorized authorities under a valid legal request.
Where practical and safe, the Provider will consider the circumstances and allow the User to explain or correct the issue. Immediate restriction may be used to protect the Service or third parties.
4. Reporting abuse
Reports should be sent to support@dracons.ru and include the date, time, relevant technical identifiers, a description of the incident and evidence available to the reporter. Reports are reviewed in good faith; submitting false or misleading notices is prohibited.
5. Changes
This Policy may be updated to reflect legal, security or operational changes. The current version and effective date are published on this page. Continued use after an updated policy takes effect means acceptance of the changes.
