Account and personal data

To request access, correction or deletion of personal data, email support@dracons.ru with the subject "Personal data". To close your account, use the subject "Delete my account" and include the login or email associated with the account. Verified requests are normally reviewed within 30 days.

Refund requests

Send a request to support@dracons.ru within 24 hours after payment and include the payment identifier and account login or email. Eligibility and processing rules are described in section 5 of the Terms.
