Account and personal data

To request access, correction or deletion of personal data, email support@dracons.ru with the subject "Personal data". To close your account, use the subject "Delete my account" and include the login or email associated with the account. Verified requests are normally reviewed within 10 business days; where necessary, the period may be extended by up to 5 business days.

Refund requests

Send a refund or service-termination request to support@dracons.ru. Include the payment identifier and account login or email if available. Statutory rights and processing rules are described in section 5 of the Terms.
