Consent to Personal Data Processing

This separate consent applies to the seven-day trial, card verification, and the auto-renewal you select. It does not replace the Privacy Policy and is not consent to marketing messages.

Data processed

• account identifier, username, and the email address or phone number provided in the account;
• IP address, user agent, hashed device identifier, and app technical details needed for security and diagnostics;
• selected plan, price and term, trial start date, and expected renewal date;
• payment and payment-method identifiers, charge and refund status, and masked card details;
• consent evidence: document revision, date and time, plan version, and a snapshot of the terms shown before confirmation.

The full card number and CVC/CVV are entered in YooKassa's form and are not sent to the Operator. The Operator receives only the information needed to verify the payment and renew the plan.

Purposes and legal grounds

Data is used to check trial eligibility, process the card-linking request, verify and refund the test charge, provide access, carry out separately authorized renewals, provide payment documents through the payment parties, respond to requests, and evidence the terms accepted. Processing is also governed by the service contract, Russian law, and the Privacy Policy.

Processing and recipients

The Operator may collect, record, organize, store, update, retrieve, use, transfer as necessary, block, and delete data. Payment details are sent to YooMoney LLC (YooKassa), banks, and other parties involved in payment processing as needed to verify the card, charge or refund it, and provide payment documents. Technical data may be processed by infrastructure providers that keep the service running. These disclosures do not authorize recipients to use the data for their own marketing.

Term and withdrawal

This consent remains effective while the purposes above require it and may be withdrawn by emailing support@dracons.ru with the subject “Withdrawal of personal-data consent”. After receiving the request, the Operator will stop processing based only on this consent unless another lawful ground applies. Payment documents and consent evidence may be retained for periods required by law or needed to resolve a dispute.

Withdrawal may prevent card verification, the trial, and auto-renewal. You can separately turn off auto-renewal and stop future charges in the app under “Profile → Subscription”. This does not reverse a completed payment or limit statutory rights.

You may request information about processing, ask to correct or delete data where no legal retention ground applies, and contact the Russian data-protection authority, Roskomnadzor. See the Privacy Policy for contact details and request handling.
