How to request deletion
Send an email to support@dracons.ru with the subject Delete my account. Include the login or email connected to your Dracon VPN account so that we can verify the request.
For security, we may ask for additional confirmation before closing an account. We normally review a verified request within 30 days.
What happens to the data
Account data and associated access records are removed or anonymized after the request is completed. Information that must be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, payment disputes or legal claims is kept only for the applicable statutory period and then deleted.
Active subscriptions
Deleting an account does not automatically create a refund. Refund eligibility is described in the Terms of Service. If you have a payment or subscription question, include the payment identifier in your support request.
